  I love reading everyone's reviews of this location of Rey's Pizza because they're all 100% the truth, hahaha. To be blunt, you only ever come here to eat; forget EVER getting even REMOTELY decent service. I live only a couple blocks down and visit once every 2 months or so because I'm a sucker for Cuban pizza.
  
  As someone else has already mentioned here, the waitresses act like they're doing YOU a favor. You'll get water 15 minutes after sitting down if you're lucky, otherwise you have to remind them you haven't been served any. You're completely unattended until after the end of your meal (so forget those water refills ladies and gents) and  anything you ask for is returned with a cara de mierda (i.e sh*t face for my English speakers).
  
  I've come here many times and I've only ever gotten decent service once. So good luck to you folks and I hope your meal is or was worth this nightmare!

  Don't waste your time coming to this Rey's pizza.
  
  SO BAD! Wow! Still can believe how bad it was and that I even paid for "THAT" (can't be called food).
  My boyfriend and I ordered 2 personal size napolitanas, one chocolate milkshake and one mamey milkshake.
  The pizza was so blah! No flavor, the ham was like they got the entire slice and just dumped it without cutting it, couldn't bite it off with the pizza, and the dough was undercooked.
  The "chocolate milkshake" was like nesquik with tap WATER! Tasted disgusting! Not even milk anywhere there...
  The mamey milkshake had the color but tasted like NOTHING!
  Take the advice don't waste your money!
  Lost of angry costumer too because those ladies take the phone orders but don't even place them. People get there and then have to wait for it to be made because they forgot!

  Rating is for food and that it's 24 hours only. Service sucks but that's why I always order for pick up

  When you walk in, these ladies are all talking and giggling to themselves and don't even acknowledge the costume. In this case me. They didn't even look at me to say good morning. After maybe 3 minutes of me standing at the bar waiting to be attended, that's when I was asked what I wanted. I just went for a shot of coffee. I doubt I'll go there to eat. I love Rey's pizza but this location I do not recommend at all. It doesn't even look clean. I was looking around and I was waiting there and the kitchen looks disgusting. I would give this a half star if I could.

  This place is great if its really late and there nothing open. The service is okay but the staff barely speaks English so good luck if you can't speak Spanish. I see a lot of the staff just talking and hanging out most of the time instead of taking care of their tables.
